Can't get to a vet? We're just a video call away! Get expert pet advice from an experienced veterinarian. Available from 7am to 12am 7 days a week!

Ideal for non-urgent cases such as: 

• behavioral issues
• recurring skin problems
• management of chronic illnesses
• quality of life consultations

During the consultation, our licensed veterinarian will discuss all the treatment options with you.  

HOW TO BOOK

1. SCHEDULE. Choose a schedule from the calendar. Fill out the short questionnaire with your pet's details. After booking, you'll receive an email from "no-reply@calendly.com" with a Google Meet link, which you'll use to join the call.
2. PAY. Once your schedule is confirmed, click Add to Cart and checkout. Please settle the corresponding fee prior to your appointment. 
   
3. JOIN. Be in the call at least 5 minutes before your appointment time to test your connection and avoid any technical issues. 

RESCHEDULING: Should you decide to reschedule your virtual vet visit, please try to choose a LATER time slot.

CANCELLATION: No refunds will be provided for cancelled appointments.

Only one pet per appointment, please. If you'd like to discuss more than one pet with our vet, please book additional appointments.
